Each browser has its own login session and local demo data. Sign in to the same Beardie App account to load your cloud animal records.

Local mode stores the Breeder+ workspace in this browser. It is useful for the Local MVP, but it is not a shared cloud backup.

Breeder+ shows “Synced with Beardie Hub” and your account email in the top bar after your animal records load successfully.

Open beardie.app/account/login on your computer. In the signed-in Beardie App on your phone, open “Log in to beardie.app”, scan the QR code shown on the computer and approve the matching confirmation code.

Use the scanner inside Beardie App. Do not use the normal iPhone or Android camera. The QR contains a secure /link-device approval payload for the app, not a normal webpage.

The QR was opened by the phone camera or browser instead of being read by the Beardie App scanner. Return to the app, choose “Log in to beardie.app” and scan it there.

The intended flow uses two screens: display the QR on a computer or another device, then scan it with Beardie App on the signed-in phone.

Localhost ports are separate browser origins and keep separate login sessions. Sign in on the same hostname and port where you are using Beardie Hub or Breeder+.

It is the owner view for your bearded dragon profiles. The same cloud animal record can be used by Beardie Hub and Breeder+.

Migration creates the common Animal record from an older Beardie Hub profile. Always check the preview before confirming it.

The photo belongs to that specific animal and is uploaded by its owner. Breeder+ never uses educational Morph Encyclopedia images as animal photos.

Breeder+ shows the breeder logo when available, otherwise it uses the neutral Beardie App placeholder.

Open an animal or hatchling profile to update its name, photo, sex, weight, status, hatch date and controlled genetics. Synced profiles use the same Animal record in Breeder+ and My Beardie Hub.

It is the animal's public digital identity. It brings together its permanent Beardie ID, photo, recorded genetics, hatch date, breeder, parents, certificate and the number of confirmed ownership transfers.

Open an available animal from a public breeder page, or choose “View Beardie Passport” from an eligible animal profile or certificate in Breeder+.

No. It may confirm how many secure ownership transfers were recorded, but it never publishes private owner names, accounts or health notes.

It means the breeder has issued the animal's origin certificate. If no issued certificate exists, the passport clearly shows Recorded origin instead.

No. Genetic traits come from the Morph Encyclopedia database and are saved using a controlled slug, preventing spelling and capitalisation differences.

A trait can be recorded as Visual, Het or Possible Het. The same controlled genetics follow the animal through calculators, pair planning and certificates.

No. A clutch is created from a breeding pair, so the parent records and genetics can follow the breeding lifecycle.

No. After signing in to the same Beardie account, both use the same cloud Animals, breeding pairs, clutches, incubation records, certificates and ownership transfers.

The phone provides quick access beside the terrarium: view animals, Quick Add, update profiles, pairs, clutches, egg tracking, certificates and transfers.

The web workspace provides the complete workflow, including Morph Calculator, Pair Planner, detailed certificate editing, breeder branding, the public breeder page and document printing.

Confirm that both devices use the same account, wait for the “Synced with Beardie Hub” message and refresh the other device. Local demo records are not shared between devices.

Incubation groups eggs by clutch and breeding pair. Each egg keeps its own status and tracking details without losing the clutch overview.

You can track development status, egg photos, candling notes, an infertile or loss reason and hatch weight.

Yes. Open its clutch group in Incubation and choose “Delete incubation profile”. After confirmation, its egg tracking, notes and egg photos are removed, while the original clutch remains available.

Certificates use the animal ID, genetics, hatch information, parents and parent genetics already recorded in the breeding workflow.

Yes. Breeder branding can provide the business name, logo and supporting text used by the certificate.

New documents use the breeding business as their prefix, for example ESREPTILES-2026-00002 for a certificate and ESREPTILES-00002 for its Animal ID.

Choose “Edit certificate” to update the animal photo, breeder logo, Animal ID, sex, clutch, document status, sire and dam. Selected parents bring their recorded IDs and genetics into the certificate.

Draft is still being completed. Issued is the finished breeder document. Revoked marks a document that should no longer be treated as current.

Complete the certificate, choose “Print / Save PDF” and use the browser print window to save it as a PDF file.

Yes. Open the animal in My Beardie Hub and choose Transfer ownership. This can be used for a sale, rehoming, adoption or gift—not only for a new animal purchased from a breeder.

The new owner opens the secure link, reviews the animal, signs in and accepts it into their Beardie Hub account. Ownership history remains attached to the animal record.

Yes, until another user accepts it. Once accepted, the ownership change and history event are permanent.

Branding can appear in the Breeder+ workspace, certificates and neutral animal placeholders when an animal has no personal photo.

Yes. Changing it there updates the breeder profile logo, so the same branding is used consistently across the workspace and future certificates.

You can optionally add Instagram, Facebook, MorphMarket, a website and a separate public contact email. Your Beardie App login email is never published automatically.

Sign in and wait for “Synced with Beardie Hub”. On the Breeder+ Dashboard choose “Set up workspace” or “Edit workspace”, add the business name and public address, enable the public page, select the sections to show and save the profile.

It is the unique final part of your link, for example esreptiles creates beardie.app/breeder/esreptiles. Placeholder text such as example-dragons is not a saved address.

After a successful cloud save, the Dashboard shows “View public page” and “Copy public link”. Send the copied link through social media, messages, your website or MorphMarket profile.

Only the sections you enable: active breeding pairs, eggs and expected hatchlings, and available animals. Private Animal records and disabled sections are not returned by the public service.

Yes. Once the public page is enabled, changes to active pairs and upcoming clutches are synchronised automatically. Available animals are read from their current cloud status.

Visitors can open an available animal card to see its own photo, ID, sex, hatch date, genetics, recorded parents and parent genetics. The profile also offers the breeder's selected public contact links.

Its public profile becomes unavailable as soon as it no longer has the Available status, the breeder hides available animals or the breeder page is disabled.

Confirm that you are signed in on the same website address, the top bar says “Synced with Beardie Hub”, the business name and public address are filled, “Enable public page” is checked and the profile was saved successfully.

No. A public page needs an authenticated Firebase owner, a permanent breeder ID and a reserved public address. Local branding can remain in the browser, but it is not a published profile.

Private animal records are available only to the signed-in owner. Public breeder pages and transfer invitations will expose only the information intentionally selected for sharing.

No. Browser local storage is not a cloud backup. Only successfully synchronised Animal records are shared between Beardie Hub and Breeder+.
